need to implement an optimization model from the attached pdf file using python or Matlab. The algorithm, objective function and constraints are ready (please check page 4436) in the pdf. just need to plot (fig-2, fid-4, fig-5, fig-6 and table-1) the approximate graph/curves similar to the pdf.
