Implementación y puesta en marcha Odoo, es para el negocio de imprenta digital, configuración de plugins para whatsapp y CFDI 4.0 para facturación en México

I am looking for a freelancer to help with the implementation & setup of Odoo for an existing business. The existing business is a digital printing company, and requires configuration of plugins for Whatsapp and CFDI 4.0 for invoicing in Mexico. The freelancer should have experience in implementing and setting up Odoo projects as well as configuring plugins and CFDI 4.0. A version number was not specified but the freelancer should provide a recommendation for which version best suits this project. This is to be a complete project - implementation, setup, plugin configuration, and CFDI 4.0 configuration for invoicing in Mexico.
