Implement a small algorithm in SageMath or Python -- 2

I am a mathematician working in the field of cryptography. I have some algorithms which I want to implement in SageMath or Python. Due to my insufficient knowledge of programming, I am not able to implement it. I am looking for someone who can help me out.
