Implement in python a stock price alerts

I am a long-term investor and swing trader. I would like someone having experience in python and in finance to implement a stock price alerts. That stock price alerts will show me in real time all the US stocks with a price higher than 1$, more than 10% up intraday et more than 20% up since five days. I am using linux, so the result can be shown directly in the terminal when I run it in the morning
