Implement a paper

I need someone to implement a paper. Implementation of an LQR control for a Faulted Actuator in a Quadrotor. The paper needs to be implemented using ROS and Python (I will provide you the wrapper library to you only focus on the LQR control). Led me know if you are interested to provide you more information.
