Implement Machine Learning Functions in Python -- 2

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have multiple functions that need to be implemented. These functions are relatively math-heavy, and you would need a good understanding of how to implements various univariate and multivariate gradient descent (e.g. pseudo huber gradient descent) algorithms to do these methods. I have a jupyter notebook template available and all the libraries you need have been imported already. There will also be a bit of Pandas, numpy, and Moatplotlib involved.
There are some basic helper functions that have been implemented already too. I will send you the file for you to take a look at if I am interested in hiring you. I would need this done as soon as possible - before 9 PM MST today 4/24. My budget is pretty flexible, but these methods should be fairly easy to implement if you are good with machine learning algorithms and math - especially calculus and multivariable math.
