Implement Licensing in python project

I am looking for someone to help me implement a commercial license for my Python project. This license should be set up with a license server(optional) so we can keep track of license usage.
You will be responsible for properly setting up the license, making sure it is secure and that it meets all requirements related to licensing. I expect that you have experience with setting up similar licenses and have a full understanding of the regulations and laws related to setting up a commercial license. I need someone who is very knowledgeable in this area so I can be sure the job is done properly.
