I'm seeking a professional to develop a web scraping bot for Immowelt.de. The bot should extract property listings and details, as well as new property alerts.

Key features:
- Scraping of property listings and details
- Detection of new property alerts;
-Both commercial and private users can place listings. Commercial users can either subscribe to a plan and post their listings within that framework or book so-called single ads (EAZ). I need a real-time notification as soon as an EAZ listing goes live.
- Real-time notifications sent directly to a specified Discord channel
