Image Recognition with Neural Network
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Need the skeleton code for image recognition using a neural network for C+ or Python. We have a database of hundreds of damaged drill bits and would like the ability to train a software to identify damage to the cutters as well as recognize the "blades."
Attached is the output report for a similar software that is on the market that does this now. We would like to develop this in-house to make modifications and improve the cutter recognition.

Above is a link to a youtube vide that uses this process to identify types of drillbits. The process we're proposing is similar but is instead identifying the individual cutters on a drill bit and estimating damage as the attached screenshot shows.
