Image Processing for Grape Cluster Analysis

I have an image of items for the simplification of a grape cluster. The task involves marking each berry contour with a solid line and extracting/saving them as PNG images. The same process applies to the stem.

Ideal skills for this project include:

The output is a program not the actual images
