Image Processing Most images read producing NoneType Error

Currently have a code that reads in a 1000 images and produces a data frame. When doing with a smaller group of images they successfully read through. However, when running the full code the majority of images produce None even though if click on said image then it will pop up and show a picture. Currently using a Juypter notebook for this project
