Image Generation Application

Hi everyone! I am looking for a talented programmer to create an image generation model and application for me. The images generated should be realistic and need to have specific features according to my specifications. Essentially the application needs to be able to take pictures of humans faces along with pictures of different articles of clothing, and create a very realistic image of that person in that clothing. I am also a software engineer and can help work with you, preferably we will create the model from scratch and have the back end in python. Preferably we will also meet from time to time.
