Image Fix / Colorization tool using AI

I have a set of grayscale panoramic images and the same images in color, in the color panorama stitching is not perfect so the panoramas do not match 100% to the grayscale, so if the color image is put on top of the grayscale image they don't match 100% , I need color images fixed so they exactly match the grayscale images. the color can be transferred from the color panoramic image to the grayscale panoramic image using AI (maybe Deep Exemplar-based Colorization or similar) or the color images can be fixed with AI to exactly match the grayscale image, I don't care which method you choose. The color image is in much higher resolution so the output should be in the same resolution of the color images. attached sample images. please perform tests on the sample image and show me your results. if you win the project, I'm asking for a tool which I can run on my windows system to fix the rest of the images. if you need more images to test I will send you.
