Image Classification via Remote Sensing

The task of the project is to determine historical irrigated land size area within a given polygon and to automate the process. The project includes the task of extracting vegetation index data and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR VV) data from Sentinel 2 level 1c, data pre-processing utilizing Google Earth Engine code editor and the application of irrigation index from different literature reviews.
