Image Classification Expert

I'm in need of a proficient engineer who can build/train image classification model and optimize an image classification system. This project will require leveraging the powerful capabilities of TensorRT for enhanced performance and speed.
Key requirements for the task include:
- Solid experience with Python programming language. The ideal candidate should be able to write clean, optimizable, and reusable Python code for image classification.
- Familiarity with Tensorflow/TensorRT. Experience in leveraging TensorRT for optimizing machine learning models is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). The candidate should have a firm grasp on implementing CNNs in image classification tasks, specifically for surveillance systems.
The ultimate goal is to develop a system with high-precision and speed image classification capabilities.
