Identity OCR Scanner

We are seeking proposals from qualified software development companies to create an OCR scanner for European identity documents and passports. The solution should be capable of receiving images of these documents and returning extracted text. The use of Tesseract and OpenCV is preferred.
Key Requirements:

3. Create a user-friendly API for image submission and text retrieval.
4. Ensure data security and privacy during the scanning process.
