IPAM Website local intranet

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a basic IPAM website for our local intranet. The website should have the following features:
- IP address management
- VLAN
The complexity of the website should be basic, as it will be a standalone system and does not need to integrate with any existing systems.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We want someone who can make website through Python.
- Familiarity with IP address management and network device inventory
- Experience in DNS management and configuration
