IDS Camera Image openCV Python Script

We need help to connect/create some python script for our IDS Camera. The script should connect/initilize the camera, hold the connection for image capture and after 10 minutes (no image capture) the connection can be close. When after 10 minutes some new request come for image capture the connection to camera need to trigger.
