Hybrid RAG Solution Development with Python

I'm looking for an expert Python and AI programmer with profound knowledge of VertexAI, RAG, GraphRAG, and LangChain to assist in building a Hybrid RAG Solution.

Key Project Goals:
- The primary objective is to construct a hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system. This would involve integrating RAG capabilities into an existing bespoke Python application.
- The bespoke Python app is built for contextially aware task automation using AI.
- The successful freelancer will need to have strong skills in Python, AI, and the specified technologies, as well as experience with bespoke Python applications.
- The Hybrid-RAG solution will need to ingest Google applications such as Google Slides, Google Docs and Google Sheets as well as data from BigQuery.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expert-level Python programming
- Deep understanding and experience with AI
