Hourly Consultant for python flask project

I have a program developed in python flask by someone else my client asked me to refactor and standardize the code and then add new features to it, I need someone who can teach my junior developer and i how the code is structured, we will take a look at the code together, do some refactoring and standardization of the code. The person will train my team on how to do this standardization and refactoring process. The person I am looking for should have good communication skills and speak English well enough.
