Home Assistant Inverter Integration

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create an add-on for Home Assistant or write code for ESPHome to support a 3-phase SRNE HESP 12 kW inverter via RS485. I have the Modbus documentation from the manufacturer.

Requirements:
- Monitor inverter status
- Control inverter settings
- Log historical data

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Home Assistant and ESPHome
- Strong understanding of Modbus and RS485 communication
- Experience in either Python or C++
