Hiring A full time Full Stack developer

I am looking to hire a full-time full-stack developer with senior-level experience in Python and Django. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of these programming languages and frameworks. The project is expected to last for 2 years, so the developer should be committed to a long-term engagement.
Initially, the developer can work from his/her home but he/she should be ready to shift to our office location in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Preference to Delhi NCR, Dehradun, Uttar Pradesh candidates. No company should bid. Only the individual ready to work for us on full-time basis and ready to migrate to our physical office should bid.
