Hire a long term react.js developer

On a long-term basis, we're looking for a full-stack React.JS developer with a Python (Django) backend.
Responsibilities
1)Collaboration with the development team on user interface concepts and applications.
2)reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
3)Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
4)Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows
5)Debugging programme codes and troubleshooting interface software
6)Constructing and deploying front-end architecture to support user interface principles.
7)Improving front-end performance by monitoring it.
8)Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Who do we prefer?
1)Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds.
2) Basic web markup knowledge, including HTML5 and CSS3.
3)a thorough understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS
4) The ability to create reusable code and libraries that can be reused in the future.
5)A proficient understanding of the GIT code versioning tool.
6)Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
