Hikvision html rtsp hls playback

I am looking for a developer who can integrate RTSP and HLS video playback form hikvision nvr functionality into web application.

Requirements:
- The ability to play both RTSP and HLS videos
- Integration hikvision playback web application
- Detailed specifications for the player interface

Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Python/C# and docker
- Experience with video playback and streaming technologies, specifically RTSP and HLS
- Familiarity with web application development and integration
