High-Volume Crypto Pair Analysis System

In this project, the aim is to develop a system that conducts multiple levels of analysis on various cryptocurrency networks. As an experienced Python developer, your primary objectives would include:

- Creation of a system that can scan various networks to identify pairs with a transaction volume above 200K
- The system should have a functionality to calculate the TVL to Volume scores. A lower TVL to Volume score should render a higher score
- A PNL visualizer needs to be integrated, engineered to display the past week's data, including fees and asset prices
- The system should further enable scanning for open farming accounts 12-24hr old, and project their 24hr fee

Upon your application, please include a detailed project proposal, detailing your approach to the various features and functionalities of this system.
