High-Frequency BTC/USDT Grid Bot Development

I'm looking for a skilled Python developer with experience in creating trading bots on the Binance crypto exchange. The task is to design a high-frequency grid bot that operates on the BTC/USDT pair.
Key Requirements:
- The bot should automate trades to reduce my manual input.
- It should be capable of reinvesting profits to maximize returns.
- The bot's trading frequency should be high, capitalizing on every possible market fluctuation.
- Bot should Long and short both e.g. it should be possible to long at 65000 say with 100 USDT (with leverage) and after 1% upward movement (percentage can vary) at 65650 it should do short with 101 (100+1 profit)
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and working with APIs.
- Previous experience in developing trading bots, specifically grid bots.
- Understanding of the Binance crypto exchange and its trading pairs.
- Knowledge in high-frequency trading strategies.
