Heterogenous Fog Node optimization using Deep MARL- Neural Network and A3C algorithm in COSCO simulator

I am looking for a freelancer who can optimize fog node task scheduling in a COSCO network environment. The main goal of the project is to improve the performance of fog nodes by implementing Deep MARL- Neural Network and A3C algorithm.
Requirements:
- Experience with fog computing and network optimization
- Proficiency in Deep MARL- Neural Network and A3C algorithm
- Familiarity with the COSCO simulator
The simulation will use a mesh network, and the performance of the optimized fog node will be evaluated based on energy efficiency.
