Heroku H12 error intgetrating Python/Flask with RQ

I need help to resolve Heroku H12 error integrating Python/Flask with RQ. My app is working fine locally but time out issue on Heroku for which as per their advise, I need to include RQ in my application and move long running task to RQ. I need help with all this. Please DM me if you understand this problem and have specifically dealt with this issue for Flask apps on Heroku cloud.
