Help with a forecasting data science project with python

I am looking for an experienced data analyst with expertise in Python who can help me with a forecasting data science project that I require help with. This project will require the development of a forecasting model with the corresponding parameters and validation metrics based on a particular dataset. The timeframe for the project is relatively short, less than 6 months. I have both time series and cross-sectional data which is necessary for the development of the forecasts as well. I am looking specifically for an analyst who is familiar and comfortable with the ARIMA model for this project, or at least has an understanding of its principles of implementation. I am flexible and open to suggestions or alternatives that may produce better results.
