Help with Python Coding

I am working on a project replicating multiple factor construction (Value, momentum, trend) in currency markets using Python. In-depth knowledge about currency factors is not required. I will be needing help with the Python codes to work with big datasets and construct portfolios. Will be scheduling calls to collaborate. 3-5 hours of work.
