Help me translate

I am in need of a translator and a coder for my project. The details are as follows: Translation: - I require translation of a single language - The language will be specified at a later date Coding: - I need coding services in Python, Java, and C++ - The project is programming-based - A beginner level of expertise is required for the coder Ideal Skills and Experience: - Fluent in the language to be translated - Proficient in Python, Java, and C++ - Experience in beginner-level programming Overall, I am looking for a translator and a coder with the above skills and experience to work on my programming project. Note : the freelancer has to pay rupees 100 indian rupees or 5$ in advance and will get the amount back as i get my project back this is because the project is bit sensitive
