Help to set up amazon aws lambda function based on a python calculation code

it's a very simple job. The codes are written. Just needs to be set to be correctly deployed. Pehrabs needs few lines to correctly set the python code to interact with lambda.
Need someone familiar with html front end and python. I have a lambda function with an HTML file to intake the input parameters linked to a python calculation code. The HTML will display the results of the calculation when done via lambda. Needs someone to correct my python code to run in lambda when deploys.
