Help me set up GTP-3 on Python from scratch

Dear Team,

I want to try out GTP-3 according to this tutorial: https://beta.openai.com/docs/quickstart/build-your-application

Right now I have no python installed and would like to use a nice working environment.

Please help me using screensharing:
- pick a comfortable set-up
- set up python
- connect with GTP-3
- set up API key
- try first tutorial
