Help to modify a complete project - Python
Budget: $40 – $50 USD
I am looking for a Python developer who can help me modify my complete project. The specific modifications I need are optimizing the performance of the project. I am somewhat satisfied with the project's performance, but there is significant room for improvement.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in Python development and be proficient in optimizing performance.
- The modifications need to be completed within a month.
- The developer should be able to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve the overall performance of the project.

How to Use the WhatsApp Bot:
Initial Setup:
• Install the necessary Python dependencies, which include Flask, Twilio, SQLAlchemy, pandas, and datetime.
• The project in this directory /opt/twilio_message and activate through service file:
• Run the app.py script to start the Flask server.
The developer did the following:
1- Created a custom link to help me in converting the excel sheet into the system - I need to run it from my side rather than him hosting it.
2- The script needs to be modified as it does not read the table properly, need to let the script read in a better range with better criteria. (Need to troubleshoot to modify why it does not retrieve the data properly)
3- if it's possible to integrate some sort of ChatGPT "Chat" would be a +++
