Help me learn Continious integration and some shell programming

I have two things i need to learn and i am looking for someone who has time to go through it with me, possible as fast as possible.
First thing is:
Learning to use Github action and continious integration for a file i already have. Struggling to learn how to.

Second thing is basic shelkl programming and pushing files to github and how i can take two files as a parameter then copy.sh <sourcefile> <destfile>
