Help get Ubuntu/Python/Postgre open source app running properly

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me get my Ubuntu/Python/Postgre open source app running properly. I am experiencing functionality problems, specifically features are not working as expected.

The app is called Tendenci

I followed the instructions for the minor upgrade. When i got to this command: "pip install -r requirements/prod.txt --upgrade" I get an error message:
-bash: /srv/mysite/bin/pip: /srv/mysite/bin/python: bad interpreter: no such file or directory

- Strong knowledge and experience with Ubuntu, Python, and Postgre
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging open source apps
- Familiarity with app crashes and performance issues

Please note that I have made some attempts to troubleshoot the issues myself, but I am not sure if they were the right steps. Hence, I need an expert to help me resolve these problems and ensure that the app is running smoothly.
