Help me fix an issue in my Python Code

I have a Python code which is working fine on Visual Studio Code but when i compile it with pyinstaller, i am getting "Cannot open resource" error.

Pls only apply if you have knowledge on pyinstaller and you are a Python expert.

I need you to connect to my screen and help me troubleshoot the issue.
