Help me effectively hire a backend engineer (Python)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to interview BackEnd Engineers. My purpose is to ensure that I filter out bad backend developers (as well as fake ones). there are lot of material on the web, so its hard for me to figure out how should I effectively interview the backend Engineers.
Tech Stack needed for the job: Python, Rest API, Microservices, Containers (Docker, K8s), SQL & NoSQL, AWS Serverless
I want to test the candidates on these skills.
Again, my purpose is to filter out BAD Backend Engineers and identify good ones, who have effectively done the job very well in their career.
