Help me configure DRF backend and Postgres DB on Digital Ocean App Platform to handle more load

I am looking for a developer who can help me configure my Digital Ocean App Platform and Postgres DB to handle more load. I have already set up the Digital Ocean App Platform and Postgres DB, but I need assistance in optimizing them for increased traffic. I am running out of connections at times (biggest issue) and need help identifying columns to use for indexes in tables.

Skills and experience required for this project:
