Help to bundle python flask app

My company have developed one full stack application (backend + ui)- integrated with flask. Now we have to share this software to client so they can use but we do not want to give them our code base. In short we just want our client to use our software without getting our code or any insights.

We need method which do not incur any cost. So dont suggest hosting or building any pipeline.

We need to delpoy this software on client machine(VDI/VM)
