Help me build a social media backend

I'm looking for someone who can help build a back-end Django application for a social media start-up. The front-end is in React Native and the backend is in Django. I need someone who has a good understanding of strong Django practices, can work intimately with me and document the code well so that when they leave others can easily understand and modify their code and I need someone who can build something that scales well. An import side note is whoever jumps on has to has to suggest a strong idea for modeling friendships and requests in the backend so that we are able to use a friend recommendation algorithm.
