Help me build recipe recommendation chatbot website (python+flask)

Hye, I am a final year student that need to build recipe recommendation chatbot by ingredients and user preferences. I tried building it my own but I face some issues. When I make normal recommendation on python , I get result on python command promp/terminal. But I face issue when I try to make the chatbot website. When I enter input it get pass to get http 200 but I did not get the result back which is the result of recipe recommended. Help to solve this issue and build my chatbot website
