Help add features to my working Python telegram bot crypto

Hi there. I already have a Python Telegram Bot doing some functions for me (see screenshot 1) - however I would like some new features added (see screenshot 2). I am having trouble doing this and would like expert help. I know it's only a small job and won't take you long, but do you think you can help? Cheers
