Help to Deploy and Run Python Flask App From Github to Heroku

I have a python flask app which runs locally and uses sqllite db and Conda environment. I want to deploy it to Heroku. I have a Heroku account but didn't use yet. I need help from someone to speed things up. I may switch to other db which is available from Heroku such as Postgres. I can cover the db creation part to help.
I have a domain name in anothe web hosting, so, if possible I want this app to have the same domain name.
