Heartify Pro: AI-Powered Heart Sound Classification System

Designed and developed an AI-driven cardiac screening system that analyzes heart sound recordings to assist in early detection of cardiac abnormalities. Built a complete machine learning pipeline involving audio preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation. Extracted MFCC-based acoustic features from heart sound signals and compared multiple classification algorithms including KNN, SVM, and Random Forest to optimize performance. Developed a web-based application, Heartify Pro, integrating machine learning predictions, automated clinical report generation, and a Llama-powered AI voice assistant for interactive healthcare guidance.
