Has to create a chatbot in python that is been trained with the document and the user input as well as gives ouput using Openai

I am looking for a Python developer to create a chatbot for my website that will primarily serve as a customer service tool. The chatbot will need to be trained using documents and user inputs to provide accurate and helpful responses.

Platform: The chatbot will be integrated into my website.

User Input Customization: The chatbot will need to have intermediate conversation handling capabilities to better serve my customers.
