I am looking for a machine learning expert to develop a Hair Style Recommendation ML model using a Neural Network.

Dataset Sourcing:
- I do not have a specific dataset in mind for training the model, so I will need help sourcing a suitable dataset.

Expected Output:
- The expected output of the model should be the hair style category, providing recommendations based on input data.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
