HUFFMAN CODING -- 2

Hello. I had a project what was (Use MATLAB or Python IDE to develop Huffman encoding function to compress the two images depicted below . Also develop the appropriate Huffman decoder functions to recover the original images. If the user desires he/she should be able to convert the image into a gray-scale image before encoding is applied.) I finished the code and I must a report about it it is given like that: An accompanying report (about 15-25 pages long) topic/problem setting/model considered in the paper; the major mathematical challenges driving the topic; the specific results obtained in the paper(s) going into more details and formal statements.
