HTML crawling project to finish | Strong python dev required -- 2

Project already built mostly but need to be finished. need a smart python engineer that is able to guess the changes, understand and fulfill requirements. Not someone that stays and is delivering work that does not match what I have said multiple times.

Project is already done but needs a perfectionist to do required changes.

I am absolutely looking for along term partnership and strong incentives in the future.
