HTML AND PYTHON EXPERT WANTED TO CREATE A DRAG AND DROP RESPONSIVE WEBPAGE MAKER

I need a drag and drop responsive webpage maker to be created that will allow me to drag and drop into the page creation area various widgets like text, heading, image etc, and tweak each component's properties on a left panel, and eventually export the created page as html with supporting files.
